Order Processing & Timelines

• Please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed for our warehouse team to pick and pack your items.

• Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/Armed Forces addresses.

• Our checkout system only recognizes the English alphabet; no other language characters will be accepted.

• During peak, promotional, or holiday periods, processing and shipping timeframes may be subject to change.

Domestic Shipping 

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders within Thailand.

• Domestic orders normally take 1-2 working days to arrive via Thailand Post.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.

• Shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.

• We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $400 USD.

• Standard shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days to reach most major cities worldwide, while international orders shipped via DHL Express normally take 3-5 working days.

• Shipping to Russia, Ukraine, and Palestine has been temporarily suspended, as the safe arrival of packages via our carrier partners cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items generally take 4-8 weeks to be shipped.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

• All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes.

• In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

• You will be responsible for the payment of these costs, handling fees, and taxes upon delivery.

• Regulations for import duties vary from country to country, and we have no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount.

• We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.

• Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates, as our prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).

• Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
